Her previous roles include Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Key Pharmaceuticals, Chief Financial Officer at Smith & Nephew, Chief Financial Officer at Mitel Asia Pacific Region.

Byron Bassett

BEc, CPA, CA.  Chief Financial Officer. Byron is responsible for Finance, Information Technology, Revenue and Category Management.  Byron brings strategic commercial expertise and the leadership skills necessary to drive organisational transformation, with a strong track record of building and developing highly engaged teams. Byron is an enterprise leader with experience in leading Commercial teams, as well as deep functional knowledge across Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Property and Governance. Previous roles include Business Unit Director of Essential Health at Kenvue ANZ; CFO ANZ at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Healthcare, and Finance & Operations Director ANZ at Dyson.

Nick Boyden

BA (International Relations) Nick is responsible for Marketing, Corporate brand and Innovation. Nick has over 20 years of marketing experience in several multinational FMCGs. Nicks background is a blend of global, local FMCG and Consumer Healthcare marketing, specialising in range of areas with focus on building brands, full end-to-end marketing, brand strategy/positioning, innovation and communication development with a strong underpinning in commercial brand management. Previous roles include Global Brand Head Centrum (GSK/Haleon), Marketing Director ANZ  (GSK CH/Haleon), Global Brand Director Unilever PLC and Head of Marketing ANZ Cerebos-Suntory.

Jacqueline Thorn

BSc (Hons), PhD, MBA, GDip IP. Chief of Staff & Privacy Officer.  Jacqueline is responsible for Legal and Contracts, Privacy, Risk, ESG, oversight of the Quality and Human Resource functions and supporting the CEO. Jacqueline has 30 years’ experience in commercial operations, including business development and intellectual property in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. Jacqueline’s previous experience includes Commercial Director & Country Head ANZ at George Clinical as well as holding Sales and Marketing positions at Bayer Schering Pharma, Oxoid and Dupont.

Jenine Waters

BA (Psychology), PGCert HR Management. Director of Human Resources (Consultant, BDO). Jenine is responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives and providing strategic HR recommendations and insights to the business.  Jenine has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of managing people and culture within a range of corporate organisations, from helping to set strategy and direction, through to organisational design and implementation, HR due diligence and leadership development. Roles include Partner (People Advisory) – BDO, Head of Consulting NSW – BDO, and Human Resources Director – Watershed Human Resources.
